CHECK-IN TIMES
Maison Calcirelli informs its guests that the check-in time is flexible from 15.00 onwards after filling in the data requested in the appropriate form. It is possible to agree with the structure a different check-in time but which will be considered valid upon written confirmation by Maison Calcirelli.
CHECK OUT TIMES
Maison Calcirelli informs its guests that the check-out time within which to leave their accommodation free is 10.00. It is possible to agree with the structure a different check-out time but which will be considered valid upon written confirmation by Maison Calcirelli.
Only for Maison Calcirelli and Calcirelli Apartments (Vicolo Calcirelli 25, Verona): if you still want to stay in the city or if any departures are scheduled for the afternoon or in the evening, you can take advantage of the left luggage for which the code is given, subject to availability.
Please note that the left luggage is unattended. Therefore, the property assumes no responsibility for any theft or damage to luggage.
Guests are advised to take all necessary precautions to protect their luggage, such as, for example, locking their luggage with a lock and not leaving valuables in their luggage.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Refundable rates: totally free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival; however the structure may reserve the right to pre-authorize the amount on the card provided as guarantee, an action which in no case can be considered as a debit. In case of cancellation outside the terms or modification of the reservation, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
Non-refundable rates: the property reserves the right to pre-authorise and/or charge the full amount of the stay at any time, net of the tourist tax and any extra services ordered. In case of cancellation or modification, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
BABIES AND CHILDREN
Infants stay for free. Infants are defined as children aged 0 to 2 years (included).
The structure provides a cot (upon request) at a cost of 15 euros per night.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Guests other than those expressly indicated at the time of booking will not be admitted to the facility.
ANIMALS
In our structure pets are not allowed.
FREE WIFI
In the rooms and apartments there is wired internet connection and free fast Wi-Fi available to guests. We are not responsible for any service interruptions due to provider disservices.
CLEANING
Cleaning is included in the price of the room and will be done every 3 days starting at 10.30. For stays of less than 3 days, the refresh service (change of towels) is available upon request and for a fee at a cost of €25.
OBLIGATIONS AND PROHIBITIONS FOR GUESTS
All damages caused within the structure (rooms, apartments or common areas) must be compensated and remain the responsibility of the guest. All guests are required to behave respectfully and appropriately.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in respect of the house and the next guest. The penalty will be the cost of the following night as compensation to the incoming guest.
TOURIST TAX
A tourist tax established by the Municipality is due based on the number of people and nights of stay. This fee must be paid separately, either through the online check-in procedure or on site in cash in Euro.
